Store information
Site policies
These are our current store policies. For questions about a purchase, contact orders@digitalcanvashq.com.
Digital delivery
Every product is a digital download; nothing physical is shipped. After confirmed payment, a private download link is sent to the email entered at checkout. You can request a fresh link from My Downloads using your order number and buyer email. Private access lasts 30 days after the paid order, with up to 10 downloads per file. Save a backup before access expires.
Product formats and variants
The files and formats you receive are specified on the product page and vary by listing. A selected variant receives only its matching files plus any files offered to all variants. Watermarks protect public previews; purchased files are delivered without those preview watermarks.
Licensing and acceptable use
A personal-use licence permits prints and personal projects. Do not redistribute, share, upload or resell original digital files. A commercial licence applies only when the individual product listing explicitly includes it. Read that listing for its applicable terms before use.
Refunds and support
Digital purchases are generally final after instant delivery. If a file is missing, damaged or cannot be opened, contact us with your order details so we can investigate and help. This does not limit rights that apply under relevant law.
Accounts and privacy
An account is optional for guest checkout. Customer accounts use email confirmation. Paid orders are shown to an account only when its confirmed email matches the email on the order. Reviews can be submitted by confirmed buyers and appear publicly only after moderation. A name and review comment may appear alongside an approved review. We use store visit and purchase information to operate the shop and understand performance; purchases are recorded from confirmed paid orders. The site uses browser storage to keep the cart and remember a visit; optional third-party analytics may use cookies. Marketing email permission is separate and optional, and no promotional emails are sent without a dedicated mailing service.
Payments and checkout
Prices are shown in USD. Payment is completed through the secure store checkout. Enter the correct email at checkout so the private download link reaches you. Discounts are subject to their displayed eligibility and checkout validation.
